Chris Laszlo is an independent filmmaker based in Los Angeles. He began his career in Business Affairs at GreeneStreet Films with producers John Penotti and Fisher Stevens. He later earned an MFA in Creative Producing from Columbia University's Graduate Film Program. Laszlo has over 17 years of film and commercial production experience. He has co-produced three independent feature films including Tribeca Film Festival Award-Winner, Cowboys (2021). He has produced music videos and short documentaries for Capitol Records, Mercury, Def Jam, YouTube Music and Adidas.

Laszlo produced the feature documentary Radical Wolfe, based on the Michael Lewis article for Vanity Fair, which examines the life of iconoclast writer Tom Wolfe. It was released theatrically by Kino Lorber in 2023.

He is currently producing a documentary on Academy Award-winning writer and activist Budd Schulberg, executive produced by Spike Lee. He is in post-production on the documentary Alabado, which explores Hispano culture and traditions in a remote mountain village in Northern New Mexico. Saturday Afternoon Kung Fu Theater, a 3-part digital series written and directed by RZA and produced by Laszlo, will debut later this year.
